—WHO CAN ATTEND?

All HoneyBaked Franchisees are welcomed to attend, plus you can bring anyone on your staff or family! However, children are not allowed in meetings and no child care will be provided for this event.

PLEASE NOTE: Every individual attending needs to submit their own registration form. (very important to make sure we have your badge, sizing, and meals accounted for!)

You’ll be responsible for your own travel plan and hotel expenses. However, we have negotiated a reduced rate of $209/per night + taxes.
To take advantage of this special rate, just indicate this during the online registration process and a hotel confirmation will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.

—HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL?

From the Airport:

Uber/Lyft: Easiest door-to-door option. Pickup zones are clearly marked outside baggage claim. Prices vary by demand/time (approximately $70–$90 one-way, ~1 hour).
Taxi: Available curbside; higher flat fare (approximately $130–$160).
Car Rental: Available at ATL if you prefer driving yourself.

—WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS?

Self-Parking: Free in general Avalon surface lots and parking decks (north/south sides), with fees for overnight stays in the hotel's dedicated garage.
Valet: Available at the hotel and other spots like near Oak Steakhouse; typically costs more than self-parking.
EV Charging: Stations are available in the parking areas.

Key Details:

Location: Parking is part of the entire Avalon mixed-use development.
Fees: Expect around $20 for overnight self-park and $28 for valet (as of early 2025).
Accessibility: The hotel provides its own valet, but you can also use the general Avalon decks for self-parking.

—WHAT TO PACK?

Meetings: Plan to wear business casual attire to all meeting sessions, HBHCo swag is a great way to show off your love of our brand. Remember meeting rooms can fluctuate and while it might be summer you might want to have a light sweater for chilly meeting rooms
Pickleball: Planning to participate in Pickleball, wear your best athletic wear so you can dominate the court and still appropriate for a business event. This event is planned to be inside, but it will still be summer in the deep south so stay hydrated
Awards Gala: Look sharp- think one step above business casual, one step below black tie/formal. Will be followed by a roof top event, you might want to have layers.
